A Philadelphia model is suing Uber after a driver dislocated her nose and pushed her earring through her skin in a road rage-fueled attack, she claimed.

Lorraine Delp filed a civil lawsuit last week against the car service and driver Djamel Khelife for the July traffic jam assault, NBC Philadelphia reported.

Delp was stopped in traffic on July 17 when Khelife got out of his car, approached hers and pounded on her door. He spit on her window and told her to move, the lawsuit claimed.

The model mouthed “Do not touch my car” before she got out to confront the driver.

That’s when Khelife punched her in the face so hard the cartilage in her nose was dislocated. Then, he pushed her earring through her skin and into her neck. Delp also suffered small scratches and a ripped shirt in the attack, she claimed.

Bystanders broke up the fight, and Khelife was arrested for assault and reckless endangerment.

His criminal case is set to go to court in January.

But Debra Rainey, Khelife’s criminal attorney, said the story doesn’t add up: The driver is 180 pounds, 6 feet tall and capable of more damage, she said.

“My client is not a small man, so if he did attack her as she claims in the complaint her injuries would be much more severe,” she told the TV station.

The lawsuit seeks $500,000 in damages and names both Khelife and Uber.

Earlier this month, the black car service announced it would update its safety measures after a Boston driver was charged with raping a passenger.
